KUGR Cougar College Radio will be holding a Thanksgiving Food Drive in support of the local non-profit organization Community Action Center. We are asking for donations of canned and nonperishable foods! Community Action Center aids people living in poverty in Whitman County. One way they do this is through a food bank. Foods that they are in need of include:
- Canned corn
- Canned carrots
- Canned pumpkin
- Canned sweet potatoes
- Canned fruit Cooking oils
- Sugars (White/Brown/Powdered)
- Pie crust mixes
- Boxed stuffing
- Cranberry sauce
- Potatoes (fresh and boxed)
- Nuts
Any and all donations are greatly appreciated! There are three locations you can bring donations.
